PBR Last Cowboy Standing Live At Helldorado Days 2018

Since 1934, residents and visitors in Las Vegas have been enjoying Helldorado Days, a celebration of western culture that features lots of rodeo action for the entire family. In 2018, Helldorado Days will take place from May 4 to May 6; this is an official stop of the Professional Bull Riders (PBR) circuit, which means that rodeo fans will get to see the most rugged and skilled riders in the world for as little as $10.

The Last Cowboy Standing event of PBR Las Vegas is a preview of the grand PBR finale, which will return to this exciting city later this year for the grand prize of a million dollars plus the honor of earning the title of best professional bull rider in the world. At this particular PBR Las Vegas rodeo, 40 cowboys will compete for a $100,000 prize plus the chance to continue riding at various PBR events in 2018.

For this PBR Las Vegas event, riders can only advance to the next stage only if they are able to remain atop the bull for eight seconds. The Last Cowboy Standing award goes to the rider with the most consecutive eight-second rides.

In addition to the PBR Last Cowboy Standing event, guests will also get to see the World Champions Rodeo Alliance showdown, in which competitors will have to prove their worth in seven disciplines ranging from barrel racing to steer wrestling and from bareback bronc riding to team roping.

Kaique Pacheco

Last years 2017 winner Kaique Pacheco will be back to defend his title. Pacheco a 23 year old born in Brazil currently holds rank 14 according to PBR.com. His highest streak is 4 and has earned a whopping $67,961 from his events.

ACM Awards 2018

Cave Creek Rodeo Days 2018

Cave Creek Rodeo Days has come to Cave Creek and is celebrating 41 years of preserving western heritage while promoting the sport of professional rodeo. Cave Creek Rodeo Days 2018 takes place March 17-25. Produced by an all-volunteer committee and sponsored by Sanderson Ford in Glendale and The Kiwanis Marketplace of Cave Creek.

Rodeo festivities officially kick off at 9 am Saturday, March 17, with the Cave Creek Rodeo Days Parade through the Town of Cave Creek. Immediately after the parade, the Buffalo Chip Saloon & Steakhouse will host mutton bustin’ for the children beginning at 11:30 am and the kick-off dance beginning at 8 pm.

The Cave Creek Rodeo Golf Tournament takes place Monday, March 19 at Tatum Ranch Golf Course.

The three performances of the Cave Creek Rodeo will take place March 23-25 at the Cave Creek Memorial Arena, 37201 N 28th St. in Cave Creek. Cervi Championship Rodeo is once again supplying championship stock for the Cave Creek Rodeo, with the Cervi family overseeing in every aspect of the rodeo production.

A special Thank You to the Kiwanis Marketplace of Cave Creek for providing the children 10 and younger the opportunity to watch all rodeo performances for FREE.

PBR BFTS: Professional Bull Riders Badboy Mowdown 2018

For cowboys and cowgirls in Arkansas who love to witness some great bull riding, there’s no better place to be than the Verizon Arena in Little Rock, where they can be a part of the PBR Badboy Mowdown 2018. Scheduled for March 2nd and 3rd, this year’s event promises to be one of the best yet. With many of the world’s premier bull riders scheduled to compete, fans of all ages will be on the edge of their seats from beginning to end. 31st RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo in Kissimmee, Florida

From April 5 through April 8, more than 200 top-ranked cowboys and cowgirls will compete in the 31st RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo in Kissimmee, Florida at the Silver Spurs Arena. The rodeo is considered the second largest event in the United States. In Kissimmee, Western athletes vie for more than $1 million in cash in addition to a $20,000 vouchers for a brand new RAM truck and a Polaris ATV among other prizes.

History of the RNCFR

The PRCA divided the country into 12 different circuits in 1975. Each circuit contained one to 13 states. By 1987, Dodge became the sponsor of all of the circuits and the Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo was born. By 2010, the Dodge brand incorporated the RAM Truck division and the Chrysler Group. However, two years later, the event became known as the RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo. When the PRCA season comes to an end, the top ranking athletes from across the country have the chance to compete in the circuit finals. The champions of those events go on to compete in the RNCFR.

Each evening, spectators thrill during the exciting traditional rodeo events that include:

Some of the many athletes competing in events include bareback rider Caleb Bennett, barrel racer Jana Griemsman and bull rider Jordan Spears. Barrelman JJ Harrison, bullfighters Clay Heger, Brandon Loden and pick up men Will O’Connell and Shandon Stalls will be on hand to protect the athletes and entertain the crowds.

Adjacent to the entrance, families have the chance to attend the Tailgate Experience, which will include a DJ, live bands, a Kid’s Zone, exhibits and food trucks along with various vendors. Each evening, guests also have the chance to meet and greet their favorite cowboys who will be on hand for autographs.

PBR TY Murray Invitational 2018 presented by Isleta Resort and Casino

The PBR (Professional Bull Riders) will be making their much anticipated return to Albuquerque for the TY Murray Invitational. This prestigious event will be taking place for the 22nd consecutive year, and will be hosted by Isleta Resort and Casino, starting from March 17, to March 19. It’s going to welcome a packed crowd of over 15,000 passionate rodeo fans.

Ty Murray Invitational

In attendance will be the nine-time world champion TY Murray, who is the most dedicated and celebrated cowboy in the history of rodeo. Rightly hailed as the ‘King of Cowboys’, Ty Murray has personally hand-selected each gladiator-esque athlete to compete in this grueling event, which has been titled ‘The Beast Pit’. American Freestyle Bullfighters will be pitted against the rankest of beasts that combine raw power, athleticism and agility.

Fans will be treated to non-stop adrenaline-filled action, which will test the ability of seasoned bullfighters to stay just the right distance away from their aggressive opponents. These bulls are some of the most aggressive beasts from South Texas, and weigh in excess of 2000 pounds – it will truly be a spectacle to witness these colossal bulls locked in a head-to-horns battle with the relatively frail cowboys.

The Ak-Chin Indian Community and Earnhardt Auto Center will once again be traveling from Phoenix to attend the event along with media partner Cowboy Lifestyle Network, who will be providing extensive coverage. Papa John’s road team will also be entering into the mix to add more variety to the foodstuffs available for hungry fans.

Bull Riding

Here are the rules of the game: Four bullfighters will be participating in two elimination rounds. Whoever is able to get the most cheers from the crowd, wins. The qualifying bullfighters will battle it out on Sunday’s championship round for a $10,000 cash prize and a commemorative ‘espada’ (sword).  

Some of the fan favorites competing in the show include reigning 2017 PBR World Champion Jess Lockwood, PBR World Champions Coopers Davis (2016), J.B Mauney (2015), Silvano Alves (2014), and Guilherme Marchi (2008) along with rookies Derek Kolbaba, Cody Teel and Cody Jesus.

Fans attending the event will also get to participate in a host of activities at Isleta Resort and Casino. These include entertainment activities inside a buzzing bar known for its memorable shows and tantalizing appetizers.
